We have storage space for bicycles and are happy to collect cyclists and walkers from St. Austell Bus and Train Station. We offer a luggage transfer service, please ask for further information. The directions below are from St. Austell, if you will be travelling from other places we will be pleased to offer alternative routes. We are unable to offer off street parking but there are five public car parks in Mevagissey and free parking nearby. *By car or bicycle from St. Austell:* Take the B3273 from St. Austell to Mevagissey. On entering the village follow the road down the hill passing the large car park on your left. Continue left into the one-way system, follow the signs for Portmellon turning right as you see the Mini Market in front of you (top photo). Follow the road straight along passing The Ship Inn on your right (middle photo). You are now on Polkirt Hill, keep going up the hill. The Moorings is the last building on the left and we are just past there on the right hand side. Pull up at the roadside immediately after The Moorings and opposite Bayview (bottom photo). We will show you where to park once you have unloaded.
*By train to St. Austell:* We can collect you from the station if you let us know your arrival time. Alternatively, the No. 26 bus will take you from the station to The Ship Inn in Mevagissey. We are a 5 minute walk uphill from the bus stop. Walk around to front door of The Ship Inn and proceed up Polkirt Hill (middle photo). We are on the right hand side just after you pass The Moorings on your left.
